Payment

You choose how you pay: immediately at checkout or later. Here you'll find all payment options clearly listed, including an explanation of each method.

Payment Options

We offer a variety of payment methods. Below is an overview of the available options:

  • iDEAL
    Direct and secure payment through your own bank; the most commonly used option in the Netherlands.
  • MISTERCASH
    Easily pay via your bank. The preferred option in Belgium.
  • Google Pay
    Easily pay via Google's wallet.
  • Apple Pay
    Easily pay via Apple's wallet.
  • PayPal
    Secure and international, with extra buyer protection.
  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
    Direct payment, also convenient when shopping on the go via Apple Pay or Google Pay.
  • Bank Transfer
    If you choose this option, please note that processing your order may take one business day longer. We will only ship your order once we have received payment. Our bank details are listed on your invoice.
  • Pay Later (Billink)
    Pay within 30 days using a method that suits you. Billink provides the payment instructions.

How can I pay?

You'll immediately see your available payment options during checkout. Select your preferred method (e.g., iDEAL, credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or pay later). After selecting a payment method, follow the on-screen instructions and complete the payment. If you choose bank transfer, please allow an additional day for processing, as we won't ship your order until the money has been credited.

Can I pay you afterwards?

Post-payment is possible and is handled through Billink.

  • Consumers (private individuals):
    Yes. Select Billink at checkout and pay the full purchase amount directly to Billink within 30 days. We will ship your order immediately after placing it, regardless of the payment term.
  • Businesses and freelancers:
    Business customers can also pay post-payment through Billink. By selecting Billink at checkout, you will receive an invoice from Billink and pay them within 30 days. Please note: if you transfer the money manually to us instead of through Billink, Billink remains liable, and you may incur additional costs from Billink.
  • Schools, municipalities, and institutions:
    If you are placing an order on behalf of an educational institution, municipality, or other organization, select bank transfer. Complete your order online and then contact us by phone or email to confirm that your order is being processed. The payment term is 14 days.

What happens if I choose bank transfer?

Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an invoice by email, including our bank details. You can use these details to make a manual bank transfer. If you choose manual payment, it's important to include the correct payment reference. This ensures your payment is automatically linked. Please allow up to one additional business day for processing. We'll only process your order once the amount has been credited.

How long does it take for my payment to be processed?

  • iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal: immediately; we ship your order right away.
  • Bank transfer: usually within one business day; your order will remain "processing" until the money is received.
  • Billink: once you confirm with that party, we receive the payment guarantee immediately; your order will be shipped the same day if you order before 7:00 PM and the products are in stock.

What if I want to change my payment method after a failed payment attempt?

Has your payment not yet been completed or did something go wrong? If you have an account, go to "My Orders," click on the order in question, and select "Complete Payment." You will then be redirected to the payment page where you can choose a payment method.

  • With bank transfer, you cannot choose another payment method once the invoice has been sent, but you can always switch to deferred payment (provided you meet Billink's terms and conditions).
  • You must deal with Billink directly. If you accidentally follow incorrect instructions, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
